New York - March 20, 2003 St. Martin's Press, in conjunction with, announces the publication of The No Salt, Lowest Sodium Baking Book.

Second in a series of No Salt, Lowest Sodium cooking, the baking book will help those with a need to eat meals without salt. "This is an exciting addition to the series," stated Ruth Cavin, a senior editor at Thomas Dunn Books, a division of St. Martin's Press. "It's an all bread, cookies and muffin book. More than 120 recipes that are all unique in that they contain no salt, no baking powder or soda and with servings containing as low as one milligram of sodium."

According to the author, Donald A. Gazzaniga, "Bread can be made without salt, and made to be as good as commercial bread."
